The problem
Minimum Orders Don't Fit Small Squads
A team orders jerseys from an out-of-state printer with a minimum order too high for a small squad, and waits weeks before a fixture with no room for a rush order.
High minimum orders
National printers quoting minimums that don't fit a single small squad.
Long lead times
Weeks of waiting when a tournament date is fixed.
No per-player customisation
Struggling to get individual names and numbers without reprinting the whole design.
About this service
DTF (direct-to-film) transfers print the design separately, then heat-press it onto the jersey. It handles multi-colour crests and sponsor logos well and works across different fabric types, without the per-colour setup cost that screen printing needs for a one-off team order.
What you get
- Full-colour crests, numbers and sponsor logos
- Works across cotton, polyester and blends
- No large minimum order like screen printing

Good to know
Can you do individual names and numbers per player?
Yes, DTF handles that kind of per-shirt customisation without reprinting the whole design.
How long does a team order take?
Longer than a same-day flyer. Ask on WhatsApp for a realistic timeline once we know the squad size.
Is there a minimum order for jerseys?
No large minimum like screen printing requires. Tell us your squad size on WhatsApp.
Can you match our club colours exactly?
Send your colour codes or an existing kit photo and we'll match as closely as DTF allows.
